Can you manufacture custom rubber hoses based on our drawings or samples?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM custom pre-formed moulded rubber hoses. We can develop customized tooling and produce hoses strictly according to your 2D/3D technical drawings (STEP, CAD, PDF) or physical samples, including specific bend angles, diameters, wall thicknesses, and tolerances.
What material and reinforcement are used, and what is the temperature range?
This hose is manufactured with premium EPDM rubber and reinforced with high-strength aramid yarn. It offers excellent resistance to coolant, ozone, aging, and heat. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +120°C (-40°F to +248°F), with working pressure around 0.3 MPa and burst pressure ≥ 1.25 MPa.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and production lead time?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces. For standard or existing tooling items, production lead time is typically 15-25 working days depending on order volume. For new custom projects requiring tooling, mold fabrication takes about 10-15 days, followed by sample confirmation.
Do you offer samples for quality testing before placing bulk orders?
Yes, we provide samples for performance and fitment evaluation. For existing moulds, sample pieces can be supplied promptly. For custom-developed hoses, prototype samples will be dispatched immediately after tooling is completed for your dimensional and pressure testing.
Is there any tooling cost for custom bent rubber hoses?
For custom shapes requiring specialized 304 stainless steel forming mandrels or moulds, a reasonable one-time tooling fee is quoted upfront. Once your cumulative order volume reaches our agreed threshold, the tooling fee can be fully refunded in subsequent bulk orders.
What systems and equipment are these moulded rubber hoses suitable for?
They are engineered for cooling and circulation systems, connecting water pumps, plate heat exchangers, radiators, and engine coolant circuits. They are widely utilized in automotive cooling, new energy vehicles, generators, industrial machinery, and HVAC equipment.
How do you ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy?
We maintain strict quality control throughout manufacturing, including incoming EPDM raw material inspection, aramid yarn tension control, vulcanization monitoring, 100% visual inspection, dimensional verification on check fixtures, and routine burst pressure/leak testing.
What are your standard packaging options and export delivery terms?
Products are packed in heavy-duty PE bags, packed into standard export corrugated cartons, and palletized to prevent deformation during sea/air transit. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP shipping terms by sea, air, or international express courier.
