"FMX240 is a compact electromagnetic flow meter that integrates the transmitter and sensor in one housing for space-constrained piping. It measures volumetric flow of conductive liquids with conductivity ≥2 μS/cm and is available from DN6 to DN65, covering 0.03 to 30 m³/h depending on size.
±0.5% accuracy and ≤0.16% repeatability for stable process monitoring.
No moving parts or flow-path obstruction, helping reduce wear, maintenance and pressure loss.
4-20 mA flow output plus RS485 Modbus-RTU for PLC, SCADA and BMS integration.

What liquids can the FMX240 measure?
It measures conductive liquids with conductivity ≥2 μS/cm. Typical applications include conductive water and compatible process liquids. It is not suitable for gases, oils or very low-conductivity liquids. For deionized water or water-glycol coolant, confirm conductivity and wetted-material compatibility first.
What sizes and flow ranges are available?
Available sizes are DN6, DN10, DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50 and DN65. Flow ranges vary by size from 0.03-0.6 m³/h for DN6 up to 1.5-30 m³/h for DN50 and DN65. Please provide your minimum, normal and maximum flow for selection.
What output and communication options does it support?
The FMX240 provides a 4-20 mA flow output and an RS485 interface using the Modbus-RTU protocol. The ordered wiring and communication configuration should be confirmed before production.
What power supply and electrical connection are required?
The meter operates on 18-36 VDC with power consumption below 5 W. It uses an M12 4-pin electrical connector. Please follow the wiring and grounding instructions in the user manual.
What materials and process connections are available?
The body is available in 304 SS or 316L SS, with 316L SS electrodes and a PEEK liner. Process connections include G thread, ISO 2852 clamp and HG/T 20592 flange, depending on size and ordered configuration.
How should the electromagnetic flow meter be installed?
Keep the measuring tube completely full and align the flow arrow with the process direction. Use at least 5D upstream straight pipe (10D preferred) and at least 2D downstream. Avoid strong electromagnetic interference and follow the manual for grounding and wiring.
Can it be used in data-center liquid-cooling systems?
It can be considered for conductive cooling water or compatible water-glycol loops when conductivity is ≥2 μS/cm, temperature is 0-80 °C and the selected wetted materials are compatible. Very low-conductivity deionized water may not be suitable; share coolant data for confirmation.
What information is needed for a quotation?
