How is the mold/tooling fee handled for custom hoses?
We use high-precision 304 stainless steel molds for vulcanization. The tooling cost is transparent and competitive. When your cumulative order quantity reaches our agreed threshold, the mold cost can be fully refunded.
Can we get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available for dimensional inspection, material verification, and vehicle/equipment fitment testing. Please contact our sales team to provide your courier account or delivery address to arrange sample shipment.
What is the lead time for mold development and mass production?
Typically, new mold tooling and initial sample production take 7-12 days. For mass production of orders between 100 and 1,000 pieces, delivery usually takes 15-20 working days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt.

Each batch undergoes rigorous dimensional checks, burst pressure testing, and hardness inspections (70±5 Shore A). We ensure a smooth inner and outer surface free of pinholes, cracks, burrs, or slag. Material inspection reports are available upon request.
